NTLDR is missing?

while booting time if your system is showing ntldr is missing, how to resolve it?

Please remove the hard disk from your system and connect it to the other system as a secondary hard disk.
log in to that system and open My computer. Select the C drive . Where Operating System is installed. Then click on the tools menu open that and select the Folder Option.

You will get one new window. Click on view option and select the show hidden files and unchecked the hide extensions for known files and hide protected operating system files. Then give apply and give ok.

After that you can see the hidden operating system files. From that select NTDETECT.COM and ntldr files. coppy both files.

Open the C drive of the secondary hard disc( where the operating system is installed). Past both of that files in that. Close the window and remove the hard disk and connect it to your Computer and boot the system. The system can boot with out any problem after that.

For windows 7 the files will be different. In windows7 you can put the Windows7 DVD and click on the repair option. It will detect the missing files.
